Welcome to Primal Volt. These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through our online store at www.primalvolt.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed
- Payment is required at the time of order
- We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, and Shop Pay
- Shop Pay Installments allow you to split your payment into 4 interest-free installments, subject to Shop Pay's terms

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including:

- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Inability to verify shipping or billing information
- Stock unavailability

- Free standard shipping on all orders
- Delivery typically occurs within 5–9 business days
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Return and refund procedures are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In summary:

- 30-day risk-free trial on all products
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item

- Cold water immersion may not be suitable for individua
