Thank you for shopping at PrimalVolt. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $99): 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipping costs for expedited and express options are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
4. LARGE ITEMS
Certain products (such as cold plunge tubs, saunas, and full-body therapy panels) may ship via freight or specialized carriers. For these items:
- Delivery times may be longer (7-14 business days)
- You may be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment
- Curbside delivery is standard; indoor delivery is not included unless specified
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by contacting us at contact@primalvolt.com with your order number.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
6. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with major US carriers including but not limited to:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Freight carriers for oversized items
The carrier used for your order is determined by the fulfillment center handling your product to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
7. SHIPPING COSTS
- Orders over $99: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $99: Flat rate shipping calculated at checkout
- Expedited and Express shipping: Rates calculated at checkout
8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged packages)
- Include your order number and any photos of damage
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund
10. P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that some oversized items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes and may require a physical street address.
