RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PrimalVolt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Gift cards
- Consumable products that have been opened (e.g., mouth tape, sprays)
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at contact@primalvolt.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with return instructions and a return shipping address.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- If you paid using Shop Pay Installments, your remaining installments will be adjusted accordingly.
6. EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or model, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@primalvolt.com. If the replacement item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@primalvolt.com with:
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. WARRANTIES
Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims are handled directly by the product manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty information included with your product or contact us for assistance.
9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@primalvolt.com
